If you write to us by email, send a message on WhatsApp or use a form on this site, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, email address, phone number, company and the details of your enquiry.
We use this only to reply to you, to prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to deliver the work. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
When you browse the site
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how visitors find us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4.
With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages, through heatmaps and anonymised session recordings. Clarity masks text you type into fields, so we do not see what you enter.
We use Google Tag Manager to load these tools. Tag Manager itself does not store cookies. It only loads Clarity after you accept statistics cookies.
For visitors from the EU, the UK and Switzerland, Google Analytics uses Google Consent Mode and stores no analytics cookies until you agree.
To keep the site secure

How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation, and for up to three years after our last contact, unless we start working together. Client records are kept as long as the law requires.
Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Clarity session recordings are deleted by Microsoft after 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and withdraw your consent at any time.
If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia. If you live in the EU, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for automated decisions about you. This site is not intended for children under 16.
