Good products. Crowded markets. Here is how they got chosen.
Four clients we can name, with the numbers behind the work. Each one started with the same problem: buyers already had a supplier they knew, and no reason to switch. Meet the people behind the work.
Plus brands from Switzerland, Hungary, Romania, Brazil, Colombia and South Africa, under NDA.
What changed for them

Priced above Chinese imports. We made domestic quality the reason to pay more.

Energo System
01 · The challenge
Energo System’s radiators cost more than Chinese imports, in a category where buyers see radiators as interchangeable. A higher price is hard to defend abroad, where nobody knows your name yet.
02 · The insight
Buyers abroad were not looking for a cheaper radiator. They needed a reason to trust a more expensive one.
03 · What we did
- Positioning around domestic quality, galvanisation and CE standards
- A clearer split between technical and premium product lines
- Website, content, search and social media built around how buyers choose a radiator
- Materials for distributors and trade partners, B2B first, then B2C
B2B and B2C · Both sides of the market
Market entry, partners and dealers
- Entry into 6 new markets: Slovenia, Croatia, the Netherlands, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia
- A network of distributors, dealers and trade partners, built market by market
- Sales materials that let partners sell a premium price: Serbian-made quality, galvanisation, CE standards
A new category, built from zero
- Brought a niche category to the market from zero: designer radiators and towel heaters
- Social media and paid advertising aimed at people renovating their homes
- SEO that grew visibility in Google search by 93% in a year, with clicks up 46%
04 · The impact
Our radiators cost more than Chinese imports, and on price alone we looked like the wrong choice. Igor gave buyers abroad a reason to pay more: quality made in Serbia, with galvanisation and CE standards to prove it. He also gave our distributors in Slovenia, Croatia and the Netherlands the materials they needed to sell it. Between 2018 and 2025 our sales grew by 300%.

Fantasy Warden
01 · The challenge
An independent fantasy entertainment site starting from zero: no audience, no brand, and established entertainment media competing for the same fans.
02 · The insight
Fans trust other fans more than they trust publishers. They were already talking on Reddit and already searching for help with the games they play. The site had to be genuinely useful in both places.
03 · What we did
- An audience and topic strategy: strategy guides, builds, tier lists and reviews for the games fans actually play
- Community seeding on Reddit, one of the most successful campaigns
- Strong search foundations: topical authority and technical fixes
- Paid tests on Google and social, measured in Google Analytics, Semrush and Ahrefs
B2C and B2B · Audience first, then partners
Traffic, ads and monetisation
- An audience built from zero with guides, builds, tier lists and reviews
- Reddit and community seeding where fans already talk
- Monetised through advertising on a growing, loyal readership
Selling the audience to other platforms
- Traffic and placements sold to other platforms and websites in gaming and entertainment
- Partner deals that turned readers into a B2B revenue line
- Audience data from Google Analytics, Semrush and Ahrefs used in every partner conversation
04 · The impact

What I am most grateful for is the Reddit idea. Igor understood that fans trust other fans, so instead of shouting about the site, we joined the conversations where players already were. Together with a content plan built around what they search for, it took us from a few hundred visits a month to more than 60,000.

Škola Rajak
01 · The challenge
Parents decide quickly, often on a phone, and need to trust a school they cannot visit. The old site took four to six seconds to show its main content on a phone.
02 · The insight
Children do not choose a math school. Parents do, and what parents want is not only better grades but some time for themselves.
03 · What we did
- A new brand and a rebuilt, redesigned website
- SEO
- An influencer campaign: more free time for parents, while their children learn with the school
- The technical rebuild, led by our CTO Sebastian Novak
B2C · Two audiences, one decision
The people who choose and pay
- Message: better grades for the child, and some free time for the parent
- Channels parents use: social media, Google search and influencer campaigns
- Online lessons across Serbia and the same-language region, plus offline lessons
The people who have to want it
- Message: lessons that feel like their world, not more school
- TikTok and short video for the age group that lives there
- Courses in math, physics and programming
B2B · Partnerships with schools
50 partner schools
- Partnerships with 50 primary and secondary schools
- The school goes into classrooms and helps students where they already learn
- Each partner school opens a direct, trusted channel to parents
Online and offline
- Online lessons across Serbia and the same-language region
- Offline lessons and work inside partner schools
- One brand for both, so trust built in a school carries online
04 · The impact
Igor saw what we had missed for years: children don’t choose a math school, parents do. The campaign that promised parents a bit of free time while their children learn with us brought a wave of new enrolments. And the new website, which he and Sebastian launched in six days, didn’t lose a single page of our old one.

Flower Couture by Studio Jana
01 · The challenge
Clients choose a florist on trust and taste, and they want to see the work before they call.
02 · The insight
The work sells itself once people can see it. The job was to put it in front of the right people, one channel at a time.
03 · What we did
- The website first
- Then social media and influencer campaigns
- Offline marketing and events
- One marketing partner since 2017, first as a freelancer, then as head of marketing

Zimska bajka, Belgrade Waterfront

04 · The impact
Igor has been part of our studio since 2017. He started with our website and stayed through everything that came after: social media, influencers, events. What I value most is that he brought us corporate clients we would never have reached alone, including events for Plazma, Jaffa and Munchmallow.
Three people, one table. You work with us directly.

Igor Vranješ
Market entry, positioning and the B2B and B2C campaigns behind these results, from the first analysis to the numbers.

Sebastian Novak
Websites, data and automation. He led the technical rebuild for Škola Rajak: 2,269 URLs kept, live in 6 days.

Jelena Samardžija
Contracts, partnerships and public procurement. She reviews distributor, partner and agency agreements before they are signed, so growth does not stall on paperwork.
